Okay, so my overhaul of BrandonMassey.com is complete, for the time being. Most of the work consisted of porting the old pages (the majority of the pages are “details” pages for my books) to the new site. The new site runs on the WordPress platform, and will make it much easier for me to add new content (via the blog/news page, for example) and to keep it social media friendly.
Now the challenge, going forward, will be to actually use the blog posting functions as well as get my social media accounts into gear. I’ve sent out hardly any tweets and rarely post to my Facebook account. I’m not one of those authors who believes that I should be sending out an endless stream of social media updates across every platform, since I do need to spend the majority of time actually writing my books. 
However, I do want to do a better job of staying in touch with readers, other writers, etc.
We shall see how it goes . . .
